Director of Baseball & Head Coach
Ryan is a Dryden native and current Head Baseball Coach at Tompkins Cortland Community College, He returned to his hometown in 2013 after a highly successful professional managerial career that included league titles and coach of the year honors while coaching in the Pecos League. Stevens, who also worked as an associate scout in the West Texas region for the Washington Nationals, served as an assistant coach at Ithaca College during the 2013-14 school year. He graduated from Dryden High before going on to a distinguished collegiate career at SUNY Cobleskill and Frostburg State University (Maryland).
Conor is a graduate of West Genesee where he played both baseball and hockey. He was an outstanding catcher and was named All-League catcher two years in a row. He continued his playing career at Ithaca, OCC and Mansfield University (PA) as the starting catcher.
Upon graduating from college, Conor pursued a career in professional baseball playing in the Pecos League (Texas Indy Ball) for a year and earning an invite to spring training with the Chicago Cubs. Conor played in the Cubs farm system for the Lake Erie Crushers in the Frontier League. He is now pursuing a career in coaching. He was the Catching Coach for OCC last year and helped lead them to the Regional Championship game.
