The Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League is proud to announce that summer collegiate baseball will be returning to the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds in Watertown, New York.  At the league's Board of Directors meeting on Saturday, Oct. 29, the owners formally awarded a franchise to Michael Schell and Paul Velte. In what might be the first collaboration of its kind, the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League has partnered with Johns Hopkins University to create its 2017 regular season schedule. "Like every other collegiate summer league, we usually spend weeks working by hand to develop our upcoming season schedule. With the rapid expansion of the PGCBL and all the special date requests, it was taking two maybe three times as long to produce a schedule," commented PGCBL President Jeff Kunion. Flames to begin play in 2017 season at Onondaga County Community College Stadium Syracuse, NY August 24, 2016:  Onondaga Flames Inc today announced that it will join the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL) as the league’s fourteenth franchise starting with the 2017 season. The new franchise approved the name of Onondaga Flames in tribute to its neighbors, the Onondaga Nation.
